とんくるりん 新そば・・・・・？
食欲の秋 （／⌒∇)／凹 新そばを食べた～～いって事で
かみさんと愛犬ランをしたがえ戸隠へドライブ！！
行った先は戸隠の「そばの体験博物館・とんくるりん」へ
そば打ち体験も出来る博物館。そば打ちの体験とそばの道具の展示していて、
名人が指導してくれます。
手打ち体験申込み。今日は一時間以上の待ち時間！？ ヾ(ﾟдﾟ*三*ﾟдﾟ)ノ ぶは～
そんなに待てない～ 今回は食べることのみ
ざるそば ￥800 束に分ける独特の「ぼっち盛り」
売店から食堂へは靴をぬいであがります。
店内では、一組がスタッフの指導で蕎麦打ち体験中！！
ぎこちない手つきで コトコトコト コト～ン
実際そばうち体験はじめて、そばが食べれるまで約一時間だそうだ！！

かみさんは「ざるそば」、さだやんは「おろしそば」、蕎麦と紫蘇のゼリー を注文
戸隠そばは、束に分ける独特の「ぼっち盛り」で提供されます。
これは戸隠にかぎらず、子供のころ育った信濃町でもおなじです。

が・・・・ さだやんの「おろしそば」は、見るからにそば屑のもり込み？？
残飯ならぬ残そばの寄せ集めのようだ？？ いっぺんに食欲がとんだ(｡･ω･｡)ん・・・？？

はっきり言って戸隠まで来て食べるそばじゃないね う～ん・・・

伸して、切って茹でる。
